Everett Gutierrez attended Loyola University, where he was the first recipient of a degree in Public Relations and Advertising with a double bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and Development. He also holds a Masters Degree in Non-profit Management from North Park University. He has a huge passion  for leadership, public speaking and strategic planning, as he has been noted for his work in the city. Everett has received an award from the mayor as well as other organizations  for his dedication of service and guidance to various communities. He has an inner desire to develop and mentor future leaders to create change in society, as he has an array of experiences. Everett has worked to develop programs for various organizations highlighting marketing strategies, youth leadership development programs, fundraising, event planning, management and service.
